Got on the scale at a family members house and it said I was a lb lighter than my scale but on the bright side I did lose 1 lb lol

10 lbs away from my first goal!!!

It seems, friends, that I have plateaued….I hate that, just when ur on a roll it just stops!Guess it could be worse, I could have gained it all back but still, I’m only 20 lbs from my first weight loss goal! any advice?

I have lost 28 freakin lbs! Granted, still a looooong way to go but still 2-8-l-b-s I haven’t weighed 220 since 07! Oh, I joined this thing kinda like Biggest Loser at work, final weigh in is August 1 and the winner gets $$. We each pay $8 a month (there’s a few of us) and when it end who ever loses the most weight/percentage of body fat gets all the money, if its 2 ppl then the money is split. It has REALLY motivated me, lose weight for cash, genius!! I also bought one of those pedometer thingys and it also counts the calories that I burn, totally worth $15 from wally world!

I finally got a job, prolly at the worst place ever to be “dieting”…McDonalds, which also means free meals up to $6.30 lol and their salads are terrible!!! BUT I have lost a couple pounds which is awesome considering I havent really been trying to hard. Christmas has been wonderful so far I love this time of year. I wanted to post this to keep track of my weight while working, basically a b4 and after kinda thing, wish me luck!!

When I started this last year, I was at 239 and I got down to 228. When things got crazy I got up to 251-252 so I started this again and I am back to 239! My next goal is 236. Woo hoo!!

I am almost back to where I started last year. I feel good about losing the 11 lbs but I’m still so angry at myself for getting this damn big! I started this a year ago at 239lbs but I started dieting about 2 yrs before that when I weighed in at 200lbs. I tried Alli (OMG that was awful, those of you have tried Alli know about the “side effects”, as the pamphlet calls it) And after about 2 months following this diet, I only lost 2 lbs! So I gave up (not really knowing it at the time). So after attempting multiple “diets”, and giving up I sky rocketed to 251lbs with a BMI index more than DOUBLE my “recommended”–which, by the way, isn’t always right. When I was 17, I only weighed 127lbs and I looked ILL, like anorexic, bones protruding, pale, it was terrible! They say my weight is between 104lbs and I think 124lbs, I’d have to look it up, but that is def. not what I want! I think I would be happy being at about 140-150lbs (”over weight”). Well that’s my ramblings for today, hopefully the same progress will continue for awhile and I won’t plateau too soon! Good luck weight loss friends out there!

From my first mini goal which 230lbs. In last 2 months I have lost 10-12 lbs dependinjg on if my scale wants to work ( I have to get a new one ASAP). I reached the highest weight I have every been which was 252.4 lbs (I didn’t weigh that much at 9 mos with TWINS!). I haveswitched all my foods to lean cuisine and etc (Disgusting by the way). I have also cut out soda which has been the hardest thing for me. In the last 3 days I have only had 2 sodas (Thats a HUGE imrovement considering I was drinking between 2-3 2 liters a day! well here’s to trying, every one raise their glass of water and toast with me! CHEERS!
